As quarantine restrictions eased, Rotarians began meeting in person again — because even the best technology cannot replace the warmth of a circle of like-minded friends.
On June 2, the Satellite Rotary Club «Kyiv-Capital — Odessa Sea Energy» held its first post-quarantine meeting in Odessa. Members presented proposals for future work in environmental protection, youth development, children's rights, and building an inclusive social environment.
After discussion, the club identified priority areas and areas of responsibility. The most joyful moment was the formal welcome of new members, including environmental specialist Olga Afanasieva and IT specialist Eugene Sigayev.
Rotarians are people of action. A key outcome of the meeting was defining priority projects for the months ahead.
